Cancellation Policy

Cancellation deadlines are calculated from the scheduled tour departure time in Japan Standard Time (JST).

• Up to 48 hours before departure: full refund.
• Less than 48 hours and up to 24 hours before departure: 50% refund of the amount paid.
• Less than 24 hours before departure, or if you do not attend: no refund.

To cancel, contact us with your booking number. Refunds are generally made to the original payment method.

If we cancel the tour, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund. If your booked vehicle becomes unavailable, you may accept an alternative vehicle, reschedule, or receive a full refund.

Important Information

• The tour lasts approximately 3 hours. The route and end time may change due to traffic or weather.
• Please check your booking confirmation email for the meeting point and arrive at least 10 minutes before departure. If you have not arrived 5 minutes after the scheduled departure time, you may be treated as a no-show.
• If Daikoku PA is closed or access is restricted, we will visit an alternative location such as Umihotaru. We cannot guarantee which cars will be there or how many.
• For safety, wear your seat belt while in the vehicle and do not smoke inside. We may refuse boarding if we believe a guest cannot participate safely due to intoxication or similar reasons.
• If you are bringing large luggage or children, or have other questions about riding in the vehicle, please contact us before booking.
